Wellness Center Fitness Programs
The Fitness area features:
- Cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, steppers, and a rowing machine
- Selectorized, plate-loaded and free weight strength equipment, including a Smith Machine and squat rack
- Indoor 10 lap per mile running track and indoor three lane, 12 lap per mile walking track
- Two Group Exercise studio (mirrors, stretch bar) that will accommodate up to 40 class members
- CardioTheater entertainment system
- Fitness testing on the MicroFIT system
- Mens and womens locker rooms
Staff and student fitness specialists are available to conduct orientation classes, specialized training and fitness testing.
There is no additional charge to students for general use of the Fitness Programs areas during the academic year. Visit the Membership page for more information about student, faculty & staff memberships, summer student membership and guest passes.
