Evaluation - By appointment
A Fitness Specialist will measure your current level of fitness by administering tests that will help them personalize an exercise program for you based on your goals, capabilities, and time commitment.
COST: *Free to students; $15.00 - Faculty, staff, associate and dual members
TIME: 60 minutes
*Students receive one free Get Fit Evaluation per semester; additional evaluations are $5.00.

Bod Pod Composition
The most accurate way to determine your body composition. This method requires that you wear a bathing suit or spandex clothing. You will also get results for your resting metabolic rate (RMR) and total energy expenditure (TEE) to help you determine how many calories you need to consume each day.
COST: $10.00 to students; $20.00 - Faculty, staff, associate and dual members
TIME: 30 minutes
Skinfold Body Composition
A quick way to measure your body composition. This method uses calipers to measure five different sites on women and six on men.
COST: FREE to students; $5.00 - Faculty, staff, associate and dual members
TIME: 10 minutes
Get Fit Evaluation with Bod Pod
This is our general fitness evaluation, but instead of using calipers to measure body composition, we put you into the Bod Pod to get your results.
COST: $10.00 to students; $30.00 - Faculty, staff, associate and dual members
TIME: 90 minutes
Program Design
COST: All members: $5.00 $10.00, $15.00
If you are ready to change your workout routine and want some help putting together a new plan, let our staff do it for you. We will take your goals and your current routine and write a 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week program for you. All program design packages come with two 30-minute program orientation sessions. These are NOT personal training sessions.
All students receive one free program design per academic year.
