Are you a runner or someone who pounds the pavement on a daily basis? The Wellness Center has a program for everyone who runs or wants to run.
The Wellness Center Running Circuit Series
The Wellness Center will offer training groups, nutritional information, and a personalized training program for our members beginning in January, 2008. Download the Running Questionnaire or pick one up at the Wellness Center Control Desk and get yourself on the training roster. At the first meeting you will receive a folder with a training calendar and information about clothing, shoes, nutrition, etc. The ultimate goal is the Fargo Marathon, Half Marathon or 5K in May, 2008. The program is FREE to Wellness Center members!!

Six Foot Drills by Russ Ebbets, DC - Done daily these six simple exercises will help eliminate shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis and lessen the chance of ankle and knee injury.
