Massage Therapy Room

When exercise leaves your muscles feeling sore and fatigued, massage can help.

Massage stretches and lengthens muscles and reduces muscle spasms. Chronic muscle tension and soreness can impair performance and even lead to injury when stressed.

Our massage therapist will work related muscle groups to relieve the stress that may impair your body alignment, helping muscles throughout the body work more efficiently. Because massage can increase circulation, it can also help reduce swelling and increase the supply of nutrients needed for healing.

Benefits of Massage

  • Helps develop a healthy heart
  • Improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells
  • Decreases blood pressure
  • Elimination of lactic acid
  • Relaxes abdominal and intestinal muscles
  • Relieves tension
  • Stimulates function of liver and kidneys
